Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms: By using our services (VPS, Dedicated Server, Colocation), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Acceptable Use: You may not use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to: sending spam, phishing, or malware; hosting illegal, immoral, or copyrighted content (e.g., gambling sites, adult content); hacking or distributing viruses; and violating privacy.

Your Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the data, activities, and security of your server. Violations of these terms can lead to immediate suspension or termination of your service without a refund.

Payment: All services are billed in advance. If payment is more than 36 hours late, your service may be suspended, and your data could be permanently deleted.

No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds or exchange credits for cash.

Data Backup: You are responsible for your own data backups. We are not liable for any data loss.

Free Standard Firewall: This service protects against attacks up to 40 Gbps and is included with all services. It is not suitable for services using IP Forwarding. Attacks larger than 40 Gbps may cause service interruptions. This protection does not cover high-risk applications like Minecraft, FiveM, or other game servers.

Starts at 2,000 THB/month. Provides comprehensive protection against all types of DDoS attacks. This service is required for high-risk applications. Protection can be upgraded to mitigate attacks up to 400Gbps. We reserve the right to suspend any service that poses a significant threat to our network.
